As I sit and wait

Just some thoughts as I sit in my apartment because it is over 100 outside and too hot to leave.

1. My wife Maria comes home in a few days and I cannot wait to see her and just hang. I think she didn't put this picture on her blog because she doesn't like it, well, I do so there.

2. When I was in OKC I golfed alot and thought it would be funny to take pictures at the course with a Merry Christmas banner. Turned out not to be as funny as it looked in my mind but here's the picture anyways.

3. The more I think about the Jazz team and the mock draft that Danny, Jim, and I mocked while I visited Lawrence, KS, the more I think that the Jazz need to draft Nathan Jawai. He will be another P Millsap type player that will learn alot from the toughness and hustle that is apart of the Jazz organization.

4. Just went and saw the new Indiana Jones movie last night and enjoyed it very much. It was number one on my summer blockbuster movie post and I went into it with a great deal of hype. There were a number of spots that kind of eerked me, but it was a fantastic and entertaining movie. Many people have not liked this movie because it takes a leap forward from past Jones movies and enters a realm of "not as plausible" as the other films. This didn't bother me so much and I took it for what it was, another good Indiana Jones adventure!
