I am participating in the Tall City Triathlon tomorrow morning in Midland, Tx. It consists of a 500 yard swim, 13.1 mile bike ride, and a 3.2 mile run. Tonight I have to work and Mary is going to bring a big pasta dinner out to the tower. It is going to be good!
