One year ago as I was receiving my instruction at the Academy in Oklahoma City to become an air traffic controller my cousin Ben and I made a wonderful dish, a Perosky (pur-ah-ski). What is a perosky you may ask, well it is a simple dinner roll that is stuffed with a mixture of hamburger, shredded cabbage, carrots, and celery. Also the stuffing includeds grated ginger and garlic, salt and pepper. Simply cook up the stuffing and wait for the rolls to rise and then fill the rolls and bake until golden brown.
Well, one year has passed since that and I am officially off my one year probationary period with the agency that I work for and celebrated this week with a batch of, you guessed it, peroskys. In the past year I have certified through the tower and am slotted to attend more classed in Oklahoma City this coming May. This will be a class to prepare me for the radar room and working airplanes that are not visible from the tower at the airport.
Enough of that how about some random thoughts
...Playing scategories a couple weeks ago and the category was foreign cities. The letter was B so I thought really hard and came up with Brussels, Belgium, thinking I would get two points. I was voted down and only received one point. Maybe just let me know if that is lame or not...
